Earlier this month, Puma Energy Tanzania unveiled a major natural gas facility in Salasala/Tegeta, Dar es Salaam – ranked among Africa’s largest compressed natural gas (CNG) mother stations. The commissioning, captured in the pictures below, was officiated by Prime Minister Mwigulu Lameck Nchemba, highlighting the Sixth Phase Government’s commitment to sustainable energy investment. In her remarks, Managing Director Fatma Abdallah said the state-of-the-art hub will accelerate natural gas adoption, expand access to affordable energy, and strengthen public-private collaboration in driving Tanzania’s clean energy agenda.
